Return / Exchange Policy

At Just You, we believe that your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. If the item(s) you received arrived damaged/defective, is incorrect or does not match the listing, please contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days upon receipt of your parcel with your order number, and we will be in touch with you to arrange how to send the item(s) back to us.

For hygiene reasons, only item(s) that are unworn, unaltered and unwashed can be returned/exchanged. All returned item(s) must be in their original brand-new condition, with the original labels and invoice attached. All underscarves, face masks and fashion accessories i.e. earrings, necklaces, bracelets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.  

For exchanges, please indicate the item/size/colour you would like to exchange. If the item requested is not available, we will provide you with a refund in the original payment method. If you would like to exchange it for a completely different item, we will provide you with a refund in the original payment method, and you may place a new order for the item.   

NOTE: All sale, promotional and discounted items purchased through our online store are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
