How much is the shipping rate?
All shipping within Peninsular Malaysia will be charged a flat rate of RM8 and East Malaysia RM15. 

How long does it take to process my order?
It will take FIVE (5) working days to process your order.

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep from Monday –Friday. Do note that this does not include state and public holidays.

*Orders received before 12 p.m. noon shall be processed on the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. shall be processed on the next day.

How long does delivery take?
Deliveries take up to 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends, state and public holidays).

How do I track my order?
Once we have processed and packed your order, we will email you a Tracking Code. 

Do you provide in-store pickup?
Yes, if you would like to choose in-store pickup from any of our counters, please contact us so that we can assist you in the process. Our counters are located at:
