Promo Codes Terms & Conditions

• Promo Codes are to be used for one-time purchase only. 
• Promo Codes must be redeemed/used within the period of time stipulated by Just You. 
• Promo Codes are to be used by individual customers unless stated otherwise. 
• Promo Codes must be entered during checkout or at the cart page. 
• Promo Codes are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts.
• Just You reserves the right to cancel the order if a customer’s purchase behaviour is seen to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
• Just You reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice. 

FREE Shipping Promo Terms and Conditions

• FREE Shipping is valid with minimum spending of RM180. 
• Available from 7 May – 6 June 2021.
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable to deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia. 
• Just You reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice.

Terms and conditions:

1. Contest/Giveaway is open to Malaysians aged 18 and above, except for employees of Bramhill Sdn. Bhd., their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families.
2. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. Please ensure that your account/posting is set to ‘Public’ during the Contest/Giveaway period.
4. Results will be announced within 14 days from the closing date. Winners will be notified via email.
5. ONE (1) entry per person.
6. Bramhill Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without prior notice.
7. Bramhill Sdn. Bhd shall not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred (including but not limited to charges for 3rd party collection, delivery, insurance, etc) to winners who choose to make special arrangements for collection or pick-up.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. The judges’ decision is final and conclusive, and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
10. All participants in the contest agree to be bound by the above Terms and Conditions of Bramhill Sdn. Bhd.
11. Bramhill Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
12. By participating in the Contest/Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing of your personal data for the purposes listed above.
